خلاصه مقاله:
Multi nuclear platinum complexes developed by farrell an d co-worke rs have shown consid erable prom ise as anti-cancer agents[۱]. The mechanism of these drugs is through the chemical bindings with DNA molecul es which destroys the cancer cells. Recentl y the researchers encapsulated of m ultinuclear platinum complexes by cucurbit[n]uril could r educe their toxicity and protect them from bindi ng by thiol c ontaining proteins[۱,۲].
