چکیده

The aim of this study was to investigate the effective factors in reducing the side effects of anticancer drugs. The present study is an applied research and in terms of method is also descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this study is ۱۰۰ selected pharmacists in Tehran. The population size according to Morgan table is ۸۰ pharmacists and sampling method is also available. In this study, the required data were collected using a ۳۰-item questionnaire. In this study, the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and in order to determine the reliability, Cronbach's alpha method was used, the validity and reliability of which were ۰/۷۷۲ & ۰/۷۵۶. Then k-s test and one-sample t-test were used and data were analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that targeted drug delivery, physician accuracy in prescribing effective drugs and the use of valid and effective drugs are effective in reducing the side effects of anti-cancer drugs.
