چکیده

After identifying the DNA molecule as the main carrier of the genetic code of the human body, researchers decided to be able to sequence the human genome [1]. During the years 1988- 2003, the genome project was carried out with the aim of identifying the entire human genome. By knowing how the gene is sequenced, it is possible to use the treatment based on the characteristics of each individual for different diseases. It is also possible to prevent the transmission of diseases to future generations [2] group. One of the common methods in DNA sequencing is the use of nanopores [3]. In this method, single-stranded DNA is passed through the nanopore with the help of an applied field and the DNA bases are distinguished by measuring the transverse current. By functionalizing the edge of the nanopore, its sensitivity can be changed [2]. Nanomaterials, due to their small size, allow us to study the interactions with single molecules as well. Carbon nanotubes are good candidates for this due to their combination of electronic, mechanical, chemical and pharmaceutical properties [4].
