چکیده مقاله:

Since the study of pollen development of ornamental and aromatic flowersof Cytisus scoparius L., in several cases, including allergenicity studies is useful, the aim of this study is the development of anther and pollen of Cytisus scoparius L.In this experimental study, the anatomical stracture of male germinal organ and also different developmental stages of its anther and pollen grain were analyzed with cellular and histological methods using an light micorscope. Also the ultra structure of the pollen grains had been analyzed by SEM (Scanning Electronic Microscope). The results showed existence of young anthers of tetrasporangium and tapetum layer of secretory and amoebic. In very young anthers pollen mother cells, and in more advanced ontogenical stages, Tetrads, monopolar microspores and mono–and bipolor pollen grains were identified. At ultrastructural investigates of pollen grains by SEM was diagnosed exine reticular surface, spherical-triangular shape with symmetry of approximately radial and three gap and sizes between 25 and 30 mm.Study about developmental steps of anther and pollen in this species can be helpful for the classification of plants and separating it from neighboring species and determination of the type and causes of allergenicity and transport of pollutants and the development of allergic complications.
