چکیده مقاله:

زمینه و هدف: اختلالات رفتاری کودکان و نوجوانان یک مسئله جدی سلامت عمومی است و خانواده به عنوان یک عامل زمینه ای، ممکن است نقش مهمی در پیشگیری یا کاهش مشکلات رفتاری در دوران کودکی و نوجوانی داشته باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش حمایت خودمختاری والدینی بر رفتار برونی شده دانش آموزان انجام پذیرفت. روش کار: جهت دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، ۳۰ نفر از دانش آموزانی که نمره بالا را در فهرست رفتاری کودک (CBCL) Child Behavior Check List بدست آورده بودند، انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (۱۵ نفر) و کنترل (۱۵ نفر) قرار گرفتند. مادران دانش آموزان گروه آزمایش در ۷ جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه ای در برنامه مداخله ای حمایت خودمختاری والدینی شرکت و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. مقیاس فهرست رفتاری کودک (CBCL) قبل و بعد از مداخله برای دانش آموزان اجرا گردید. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری MANCOVA مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری نشان داد تفاوت معنی داری در نمرات دو گروه وجود دارد (۰۱/۰p<،۱۲۳/۲۱ F=، ۲۶۶/۰=اثر لاندای ویلکز). در متغیرهای پرخاشگری، قانون شکنی و رفتار برونی شده بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده شد. آموزش مهارت های حمایت خود مختاری والدینی بر پرخاشگری، قانون شکنی و رفتار برونی شده دانش آموزان اثربخش بوده و نمرات پس آزمون گروه آزمایش کاهش یافته است. نتیجه گیری: در نهایت می توان گفت آموزش مهارت های خودمختاری والدینی به والدین در کاهش رفتار برونی شده دانش آموزان موثر بوده است. از این رو آموزش برنامه هایی از قبیل ارائه استدلال های معنی دار، استفاده از زبان غیر کنترلی و انتخابگری به والدین و معلمان جهت کاهش و جلوگیری از رفتارهای برونی شده دانش آموزان می تواند اثربخش واقع شود.
