دفاعیه ارشد: ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر اجرای موفقیت آمیز مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار با رویکرد تصمیم گیری چند معیاره

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مولفه های تاثیر گذار بر اجرای موفقیت آمیز مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار بوده است. بدین منظور با در نظر گرفتن کارشناسان صنعت نفت و گاز، با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه، به شناسایی مولفه های موثر بر زنجیره تامین پایدار پرداخته شده است. سپس با استفاده از روش دلفی و تحلیل عامل اکتشافی به صحت این عوامل ثابت شده است. 3 معیار اصلی و 14 زیر معیار شناسایی شدند و در نهایت 5 گزینه و راهکار معرفی شده اند. ابتدا با استفاده از روش سلسله مراتبی این معیارها ارزیابی و وزن دهی شده اند. پس از آن با استفاده از روش های AHP، VIKOR، TOPSIS به شناسایی بهترین گزینه و راهکار پرداخته شده است. براساس نتایج به دست آمده گزینه ایجاد نوآوری و خدمات به روز توسعه پایدار در بالاترین اولویت قرار دارد.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the components that have had an impact on the successful implementation of sustainable supply chain management. To this end, considering the experts in the oil and gas industry, using the interview tool, identifying the effective components of the sustainable supply chain has been addressed. Then, using the Delphi method and the exploratory factor analysis, the accuracy of these factors has been proven. 3 main criteria and 14 sub-criteria were identified and finally 5 options and strategies were introduced. First, using these hierarchical methods, these criteria are evaluated and weighted. Then, using the AHP, VIKOR, TOPSIS methods to identify the best option and solution. Based on the findings, the option to create innovative services and services for sustainable development is at the top of the list.
