The autoimmune diseases have remained unknown in many aspects, so understanding the mechanisms involved in these diseases has recently been studied. Two of the most important diseases in this group, including lupus erythematosus and arteritis rheumatoid, have been taken into consideration because the molecular studies performed on them are relatively limited. microRNAs involved in these two diseases have not yet been studied extensively. Hence, by examining the genes involved in both diseases, important overlapping genes with important roles in the pathways related to immune system were identified. By using microRNAs databases and bioinformatics analyzes and using common pathways in two diseases and also examining the genes involved in both diseases, microRNAs targeting these genes were elucidated. The family of microRNAs 180 regulates a significant number of genes involved in the pathway related to the immune system which is likely to play an important role in the ability to deal with these two conditions. Since this study has been conducted on bioinformatics level, more research on the experimental level is recommended for researchers.
