چکیده

The most common methods used to Identification today are the use of STRs, but the use of these methods is not always possible. In some cases, the samples have been degraded so much that the use of genomic DNA is not possible to identify, or in cases where access to the ancestors is only possible. In cases where there is only access to mother tent, in which case it is possible to use mtDNA as an endorsement test. Given the specific features of mtDNA, such as greater stability than damage and higher copying rates than nDNAs, it can be used as a suitable model for paleontology, identification and Identifying offenders through genetically used. In 1991, in Russia, studies on mtDNA resulted in several bone bodies discovered in a mass grave for the identification of members of the Romanov family Tsar Nicholas II, and clarified the relevance of family members. In this study, DNA was first extraction from the bone and blood samples. Then, by sequencing of the hyper variable regions HV I and HV II in the Dloop region of the mitochondrial genome, and software analyzes, the relationship between the old bones of an anonymous body through genetic linkage of the mother s native relative to the mother, sister and brother, who had previously been identified in other ways. It was observed that both regions are identical in all SNPs in the bone sample, mother, sister and brother.
