Background: Wound healing is a complex biological process that multiple cell types involved in, such as growth factors (released from platelets upon activation) and cytokines. Today, These ingredient used in various treatment for regeneration and different medical fields including oral, orthopedic, reconstructive surgery, and proliferation for repairing tissue (by inflammation, collagen synthesis, tissue granulation). Aim of this reviewing paper is identifying effectual acting and elements for management of repairing tissue and regeneration.Method: This study evaluates the importance of knowing how platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and small elements orchestrate to elicit complex biologic function by analyzing articles from reliable scientific information, including Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, PubMed, and Scopus. This research has been done with keywords growth factor, platelet-derived, repairing tissue from 2010 to 2019.Finding: Focus on repairing tissue along delivering these factors to the injured site to aid in enhancing tissue regeneration. Autocrine and paracrine molecules control these regenerative effects, including cytokines and growth factor(granulocyte-macrophage- stimulating factor platelet, platelet-derived growth factor, vascular endothelial growth factor, and basic fibroblast growth factor). Conclusion: The present result is showing the critical point of the vital role that some factors adequate for repairing tissue. Wide new research in this department can be helpful for human society.
