چکیده

Introduction: The trend of diabetes as the most common disease of metabolic disorders in recent years has been rising and has serious and debilitating complications. Diabetic foot syndrome is the main cause of diabetes patients disability. The most common and costly diabetes mellitus is diabetic foot ulcers, which occur annually in 2% of diabetics and, in addition to diabetes, the nervous system develops up to 7%, and the likelihood of recurrence in the affected individuals is 50 Percentage increase. Identifying several factors in the onset of this disorder can prevent irreversible complications, and preventive measures can help reduce 50 to 70 percent of amputations. Due to the importance of this issue, this study examines the factors that We have a predisposing role in the development of diabetic foot ulcers.materials and methods:The present study is a systematic review that performed by searching in valid databases using the keywords of wounds, legs, diabetes and risk factors in texts in databases including Google Scholar, SID, Magiran, PubMed. Became Of the 800 papers during the period 2000 to 2018, 15 studies that were in line with the subject matter were used in this study. findings:According to the results of the study, the factors affecting the development of diabetic foot ulcer include: hyperglycemia, prolonged diabetes, poor control of blood sugar and blood pressure, infection, hypertension, immune deficiency, smoking, abnormal fatty acids metabolism, non-compliance with health Legs, tightness and narrowing of the arteries due to perturbation of the arteries, foot biomechanics and foot pressure, peripheral nervous system trauma, neural injury, foot ulcer with external object, vascular disease, lower extremity edema, Musculoskeletal anomalies, static and dynamic balance loss, peripheral neuropathy, peripheral vascular disease, dry skin, scar tissue ... are small.Conclusion:Considering the increasing prevalence of diabetic foot ulcers, we can see the decrease in the incidence of this disorder in the community by identifying the factors that affect diabetic foot ulcers and modifying the risk factors by providing information to diabetics
