چکیده مقاله:

The suture process is usually used for complete wound healing. Surgical yarns are mainly imported in the country, leaving a lot of foreign currency. One of the issues that has attracted a lot of attention in recent years is the ability to use aquatic waste as a raw material for the production of yarn in surgery. According to the Iranian Fisheries Organization, more than 13% of all fish caught annually are waste. Therefore, given the considerable volume of production waste resulting from aquaculture in the country, this potential is in line with the scientific focus on the use of advanced technologies for the production of this vital product. The latest technology related to the production of yarn is the production of absorbable yarn waste from aquatic waste. The benefits of this new technology include the ability to carry anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant properties of yarns produced by the process, which speeds the process of wound healing and prevents the introduction of microbes from skin to body and ultimately reduces the amount of infection. One of the most prominent features of this type of absorbent yarn is to reduce the consumption of antibiotics, to accelerate healing of the wound, to eliminate the effects of stitches on the skin, accessibility in the country, economical cost-effectiveness and to prevent the withdrawal of foreign currency from the country.
