چکیده
Background: Due to the increase in the population growth rate of the elderly,quality of life has been recognizedas an important part of health and has been used in evaluating health and treatment programs.Purpose:This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of life ofreferrals and the quality of life of elderly patients referring to Kermanshah comprehensive healthservices centers.methods:This analytic-correlation study was performed cross-sectionally in 1397.The statisticalpopulation of this study was elderly people covered by comprehensive health centers in theKermanshah city in the number of about 90,000 people.The sample size was also selected using theCochran formula and 386 people.Data were collected by SF36 standard questionnaire.Statisticalanalysis was performed using SPSS19 software and Kolmogorov,Smirnov,Quark,independentT,Mann-Whitney,One-Way Analysis and Kruskal-Wallis tests and standard deviation, frequencyand Pearson correlation coefficient Done.findings:The results showed that in terms of quality of life score,except for social function,allaspects of quality of life(physical function(p=0.000),physical limitations(p=0.000),physicalpain(p=0.000),generalhealth(p=0.008),emotionalconstraint(p=0.000),energy/fatigue(p=0.000),mental health(p=0.000),psychological dimension(p=0.001)The referential system has a significantstatistical difference.Conclusion:Having a decent quality of life in all people needs planning to improve facilitiesand support from the government and policy makers in the healthcare sector.One of the ongoingplans is to establish a referral system in the healthcare system.کلیدواژه ها
