چکیده
Background and Aim : The aim of this study was to Effectiveness of Mindfulness Training in Combination with Spiritual and Religious Group Therapy on Quality of Life in methadone-treated PatientsMethods : The research method was experimental and the study population of this study was methadone-treated Patients who referred to MMT center in Qom that 60 Patient were Simple randomized and assigned to experimental and control groups. In the experimental group, Mindfulness Training in Combination with Spiritual and Religious Group Therapy was presented, but no training was provided in the control group. Both groups were filled out self-control scale and SF-36through pre-test and post-test through post-test. Covariance were used to analyze the data. Results : The results showed that the Mindfulness Training in Combination with Spiritual and Religious Group Therapy increased the QOL and self-control in methadone-treated Patients. Conclusion : Mindfulness Training in Combination with Spiritual and Religious Group Therapy is essential for substance abuse treatment.کلیدواژه ها
