چکیده
Background and Aim : : Adolescence is a period of development and changes in the manifestation of the formation of personality or the period of human rebirth. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between irrational beliefs, self-destructive behaviors and addiction tendency in adolescents .Methods : This study is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study is all adolescents in Ilam city in 1399-1398. Using a random sampling method available, 100 of them were selected as sample. Tools used in this research is Jones irrational beliefs questionnaire, Zargar tendency to addiction and self-destructive behaviors. For data analysis, Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used.Results : The results of data analysis showed a significant positive correlation between irrational beliefs, addiction tendency and self-destructive behaviors in adolescents.Conclusion : Considering the importance of adolescent education, the need to provide life skills training to manage life situations, especially risky situations are needed. Learn these skills, you can create adaptive communicate with others without resorting to practices that harm themselves and others, to be effective.کلیدواژه ها
