چکیده

The construction industry has undergone many changes over the last few years. The industry, principally managed by private investment, is vulnerable to a range of technicaland business risks. Risk assessment is a tool for identifying the risks that the project faces and managing these hazards based on the best practices. The risk assessment in this study is based on a technique that aims to identify and assess the risks of a project that affects rural construction.The purpose of this study is to develop a knowledge-based approach to risk management in rural construction projects. In this study, an introduction to rural construction risk analysis is presented and items such as a risk management system that includes identifying, assessing, and responding to risk. Risk perception in rural construction and its results are presented. The primary conclusion of this study is that risk management in rural construction projects is weak and ineffective, due to the lack of risk management knowledge in this field.
