Evaluation of Toxicity of Formula Composition of Several Plant Essences on Two Parasitoid Bees Species Encarsia sp. and Eretmocerus sp. in control of Aleuroclava jasmini

In recent years, controlling white winged berry Aleuroclava jasmini senso lato (Hem.: Aleyrodidae) is one of the most important procedure in urban areas and finding best parasite and evaluating the lethal dosage of some pesticides which have herbal components in pest control in Tehran considered to be less toxic. In this article, for prevention of using chemicals toxins, some herbal formulas with different plant essence such as pepper mint, Eucalyptus, rosemary and thyme have been used, which were produced in Barige and conducted a pilot research on Parasitoid bees Encarsia sp. nr protransvena and Eretmocerus sp. nr trialeurodis in berries leaves which have the most infested occupancies in Soofi park in ۱۳۹۷ and after conducting the research in spraying in laboratory with ۳ different results. All of white winged have been synchronized with density of varied petri containing Agar ۵ were examined. LC۵۰ result after ۲۴ hours the essence in infants of white winged (Encarsia sp.) and (Eretmocerus sp.) were respectively ۸۶۵, ۲۰۳ and ۱۸۳ ppm in second experiment due to understanding the lethal dose of essence in comparison with Diazinon infested berry leaves were tested in ۱۴ days which the consequences were in order ۹۱.۵۱, ۳۷.۰۳%,and ۴۱.۱۱ percent and in ۷th day ۹۳.۴۴%, ۴۳.۱۵ and ۴۶.۱۳ percent were the casualty and in Diazinon in ۳rd day ۹۹.۶۷%, ۹۸.۹۳% and ۹۹.۸۳ percent and in ۷th day were all ۱۰۰ percent. According to what have been said above controlling impact of herbal formula in ۵۰۰۰ ppm density and not killing the bees were extraordinary well; and competency of formula with some changes for using less of dose is economical and can be easily substituted with chemicals toxins in green woods in urban areas.
