چکیده مقاله:
Background: DNS exercises cause stimulating the afresh developmental process of motor nervous system, especially for people with movement problems caused by nervous system s disease through actuating neurodevelopmental locomotor chains based on motor positions of a healthy newborn. Methods: Current study intends to survey this exercise’s effect on 30 women with 0-5.5 EDSS and from 23 to 58 years old. In this research for probing the quality of life factors we used the quality of life questionnaire (MSQOL-54) and for the study of physical function like endurance walking the 6 minutes walking test and as of walking pace the 10 meter ling test was used. Results: Our test results showed t-independent and Mann-Whitney which showed that after 8 weeks of DNS exercises the average of overall quality of life between the control and experimental groups (p=0/001) and their average pace and endurance between the control and experimental groups (p=0/000) is significant difference (α≤0/05). Conclusion: So in conclusion the 8 weeks period of DNS exercises resulted in the quality of life factors, pace and endurance in walking and can be used as a remedial method in quality of life and physical function improvement.
