چکیده

The most common form of primary skin T-cell lymphoma identified as a neoplastic disease of CD4+helper T lymphocytes is Mycosis fungoides (MF). This malignancy primarily involves the skin, but later it may also include the other areas of the body, such as the oral cavity and the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. In this case study, we introduce the patient’s history who referred to our healthcare center with clinical manifestationsof Mycosis fungoides which involved the stomach , duodenum and bone marrow.Report:A 39-year-old woman, with a history of skin lesions in the form of plaque and numerous hyperpigmented patches in the body organs from 3 years ago.The histopathology and immunohistochemistry result of skin lesions compatible with MF diagnosis and the patient was treated.The patient developed symptoms of weakness, lethargy, abdominal pain, and axillary lymphadenopathy after about 2.5 years.Endoscopy was performed and Gastric and duodenal endoscopic samples showed sever chronic gastritis-deudenitis with lymphoepithelial lesions. .Using the IHC method, gastric and duodenal involvement accompanied by T cell lymphoproliferative disorder(MF) were discussed.Patient complete blood count test showed pancytopenia .Besides, bone marrow biopsy was hypercellular and consisted of atypical cells, which was introduced by IHC as a T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder(MF).
