چکیده مقاله:
Introduction: Coronary heart disease is one of the main causes of premature mortality and morbidity in most societies today, and with regard to the prevalence and increasing trend of coronary artery disease and known complications and anonymity other important causes of coronary artery disease, including inflammatory factors and inadequate reports, were the correlation between IgG4 as an inflammatory factor in the severity of coronary artery disease and the lack of reporting on its experience in the country in order to determine the serum IgG4 level and the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods: The present study was an analytical cross-sectional study conducted in patients undergoing coronary artery angiography candidates referred to Bo-Ali hospital during 2014 to 2016. The sample size of the study was 44. In this study, randomized random sampling was performed. In order to obtain the necessary information, patients were divided into two groups: with and without coronary artery stenosis, and serum IGG4 levels were compared in these two groups. Finally, data were collected from patients by interviewing, using medical records of patients, performing blood, and angiography tests. Prior to performing angiography and after written consent of the patients, 5 ml of peripheral blood samples were taken to determine the level of IgG4. Results: This study was performed on 44 candidates for angiography candidate, 23 women and 21 men. The mean age of patients was 62.2 ± 1.6 years. The mean BMI in all 2 groups was 27.63 ± 0.63. LAD was 37.1% more frequent in coronary atherosclerosis, followed by RCA vessels (20.2%) and LCX (13.5%) with the highest frequency of vascular involvement. There was no significant relationship between age, body mass index, depression status with IgG4 and coronary stenosis. There was a significant correlation between serum IgG4 level and gender, and IgG4 levels were lower in men with normal coronary artery than in other groups. Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, serum IgG4 levels were significantly higher in the group with coronary artery stenosis than in the non-stenosis group.
