Vermiwash is known as a substance containing growth hormones and micronutrients. In addition to having differentamino acids playing effective role in quantitative and qualitative growth (protein increasing) of plant, aloe vera extracthas large amounts of other elements. Effective microorganisms have also beneficial effect on plant growth improvementand regulation. Nettle extract is also rich in amino acids as well as vitamins C, group B and K. The leaves and youngstems of this plant are rich in nitrogen and could be replaced well by marine algae in producing bio-fertilizers. Thisplant also has sulphur, phosphorus and magnesium. The experimental use of vermiwash irrigated by aquarium waterand enriched by extracts obtained from aloe vera and nettle by effective microorganisms on different crops during thepast two years suggested the positive effect of this input on product yield and it is applicable in organically cultivationof agricultural products, and it can be easily produced by farmers.
