چکیده

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mindfulness education on academic stress and interpersonal sensitivity of students with special learning disorder. The method of this experimental study was experimental and pre-test and post-test design with control group. The statistical population of the study included all secondary school students in Babolsar city in the academic year of 97-96. The research sample consisted of 30 students with specific learning disabilities who were selected randomly from among students. Data were collected using Raven Intelligence Test, Colorado Learning Problems Questionnaire, Academic Exercise Stress Questionnaire, and Interpersonal Sensitivity Questionnaire. . Results: The results of covariance analysis indicated that the training of mindfulness in the experimental group was associated with the reduction of academic stress and interpersonal sensitivity of students with a specific learning disorder. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that the mind of consciousness as a logistic intervention, a spiritual search, a positive addiction, or as an emotional-cognitive intervention, reduces the academic stress and student interpersonal sensitivity it has a special learning disorder and this will create a positive feeling in them.
