چکیده مقاله:
In this paper, we expand the Hamy mean (HM) operator and Dombi operations with rough numbers (RNs) to propose the rough number Dombi Hamy mean (RNDHM) operator. Then the multi-attribute decision making (MADM) model is designed with RNDHM operator. Finally, we gave an example for evaluating managers in Human Resource Department to show the proposed model
