خلاصه مقاله:
Nanocomposite (NC) comprising poly vinyl alcohol (PVA), Hydroxyapatite (HA) was synthesized using in-situ mineralization of HA within PVA aqueous solution. Freeze/ thaw physical cross-linking along with both freeze/drying and particulate leaching methods were used to prepare porous polymeric matrix. TEM imaging ratifies formation of HA nano particles while FTIR analysis revealed the formation of chemical bounds among hydroxyl functional groups of PVA chains and Hydroxyapatite structure. Mechanical tests were benefited to evaluate mechanical properties of the samples
