چکیده

Nanocrystalline carbonated fluorhydroxyapatite (FHA) powder with different degree of fluoridation was synthesized by solid-state reaction via mechanical alloying (MA) method and was characterized. Calcium hydroxide, phosphorous oxide and calcium fluoride powder were used for synthesis of FHA. The effect of milling time, rotation speed, number and size of balls on FHA properties were investigated. The obtained powder was subjected to cold isostatically pressing and uniaxial pressing at the pressure of 200 M.pa and was sintered at 12000C. The phase analysis was carried out with X-ray Diffraction (XRD) technique. The results showed that the number and size of balls had no significant effect on crystalline and crystallite size of produced nanopowder.
