چکیده مقاله:
Au-nanoparticles have unique physical and chemical properties, such as high electrical conductivity, small size, high surface area-to-volume ratio, adjustable measurements and highenvironmental compatibility [1]. Typically, Au-nanoparticles ranging from 13 to 60 nm canbe easily made by a simple reduction of the gold salts in water [2, 3]. In this study, we synthesizedAu-nanoparticles using microwave, sonochemical and organic reducing agents and theiranticancer effects were investigated. The resulting Au-nanoparticles were characterized usingUV-Vis and FT-IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electronmicroscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. The interaction of calf thymus DNAwith Au-nanoparticles has been investigated following UV-Vis spectroscopic studies at 300and 310 K. [L]1/2, ΔG0, ΔS0, ΔH0 values were obtained at 300 K, 0.2874415 mM, 27.641(KJ/mol), 0.8501 (KJ/mol.k), 282.671 (KJ/mol) respectively and at 310 K, 0.3208555 mM,19.14 (KJ/mol), 0.8501 (KJ/mol.k), 282.671 (KJ/mol) respectively.
