چکیده مقاله:

Aging like many other biological processes, is subject to regulation by genes that reside in pathways that have been conversed during evolution. P53 plays a critical role in tumor suppression. As a transcription factor, in response to stress signals, p53 regulates its target genes and initiates stress responses, including senescence, to exert its function in tumor suppression. Cytochrome p450 enzymes are essential for the metabolism of many medications. Although this class has more than 50 enzymes, six of them metabolize 90 percent of drugs. Nothing has done in this context, it is clear that cytochrome p450 is affected by aging, but the effect of cytochrome p450 on aging is not clear. In this article we have had a study on 29 eukaryote species for p53 and 20 eukaryote species for p450 through a phylogenetic tree on a comparison way between species. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
