چکیده مقاله:

Carbon based nanofibers have received great interest for the applications as scaffold in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine due to their unique properties such as high porosity, large surface area, biocompatibility conductivity and functionality to mimick the native extracellular matrix for the improvement of growth and increase in electrical signal propagation within the cell seeded scaffolds. Among these, electrospun carbon nanofibers owing to excellent electrical and mechanical properties as well as similarity to natural extracellular matrix can be used as scaffold for the applicarion in tissue engineering. Polymer based carbon nanofibers with the diameters ranging from tens of nanometers to micrometers can be synthesized by electrospinning technique and consequently carbonization process which have high purity due to the preparation without catalyst during stabilization and carbonization
