چکیده مقاله:

Introduction Patients with high TBSA burns have special problems in the treatment process. After burn shock and primary resuscitation, main problem is burn tissue coverage .Because of limited autologous tissue as donor site, coverage of these areas is very difficult, and sometimes is impossible.Tissue culture is applied in this circumstances but it has its difficulties. It needs time that is vital for this process. As a way to solve this problem cell isolation by enzymatic cell separation and isolation of dermal and epidermal cells in these circumstances is applied for treatment of these patients. Methods 1cm*1cm is capable to cover about one percent of burned area. Autologous skin cell spray transplantation initiates by taking healthy skin. The dermal/epidermal layers separate by using enzymatic digestion with dispose application, followed by trypsin application for basal keratinocyte isolation, washing by centrifugation, followed by transferring the cells for spraying. The procedure is performed on site in a single session immediately following the biopsy. Results and Conclusion In this paper we intend to explain the technique and share our experiments in treating burned patients.
