چکیده مقاله:

ObjectiveIn spite of novel surgical and pharmacological interventions, Cardiac Vascular Disease (CVDs) related annually mortalities, have been remained as one of the most significant unsolved challenges. So, the main core of investigations gas been surrounded at novel strategies on stem cells. There has been various reports on different cell sources capabilities. So, this study aims to compare different cells used in heart regeneration and introduce solutions to improve differentiation of these cells into cardiomyocytes.MethodsEnglish literatures were collected from Pub Med, Google scholar, SID and Science Direct databases from 2000 to 2017 using 5 keywords.ResultsEmbryonic Stem Cells (ESCs), induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs), Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs), Endothelial Progenitor Cells (EPCs) and Cardiac Stem Cells (CSCs)are used for cell-based therapy in myocardial infarction. The iPSCs reprogrammed from Human Umbilical Cord mononuclear Blood Cells (UCBips) had an 88% differentiation ratio, which was more than the differentiation rate of ESCs. On the other hand, Human Amniotic membrane–derived Mesenchymal Cells (hAMCs) and EPCs have a low differentiation rate, 33 and 10%, respectively. These, highlight methods to increase cardiomyocytedifferentiation as co-cultureand precondition strategy. For robust generation of cardiomyocytes from stem cells, manipulation of wnt pathway could be also merited.ConclusionImpose high costs on society and the individual for Ischemic Herat Disease, stem cell therapy is suggested as a logical approach provided to stem cells appropriation in order to lesser side effect
