چکیده مقاله:

IntroductionExtracellular matrix (ECM)- derived scaffolds can physically influence stem cells niche, proliferation, and differentiation and present a promising approach in regenerative medicine.ObjectivesHerein, the effects of decellularized lung tissue (DLT) on proliferation and chondrogenic properties of MSCs have been assessed.MethodsDecontaminated DLT scaffolds were transferred into plates and exposed to the medium. MSCs were seeded at a density of 5 *104 cells on the surface of DLT. To induce chondrogenesis, the medium was replaced with chondrogenic supplemented medium. Cell proliferation and differentiation were assessed using Alcian blue and Immunostaning.ResultsOur results showed that DLT enhance the cell viability of MSCs. Alcian blue and immunostaining confirmed that DLT ameliorate the chondrogenesis when compared with tissue culture plate.ConclusionDecellularization of lung tissue seems to be a good tool to proliferation and differentiation of MSCs
