خلاصه مقاله:
A facile and one-pot synthetic method for the synthesis of 12-aryl-tetrahydrobenzo[α]xanthene-11-one derivatives via three-component condensation of β-naphthol, aryl aldehyde derivatives and dimedone was developed. In this procedure, trichloroacetic acid as an efficient catalyst was used under solvent-free conditions. Short reaction times, good yields and simple work-up are some advantages of this method.
