چکیده
The clinical registry is a system used to organize or catalog patient information for research, administrative, regulatory or governmental purposes, and has 3 stages: collection, storage, and reporting.Registration of burn data in Shiraz was started in 2008. at first, it was paper-based. The electronic format was started in 2016.Goal population contains inpatients and outpatients who come to the Shiraz burn s hospitals. Collected data consist of extensive demographic data, burns injury information, and burns outcomes.In Electronic format of the registry, data receive from HIS and completing specific burn registry application that can be installed on tablet or computer.About data reporting, Initial Descriptive Analysis in Table and Diagram is accessible, and primary data could be automatically transferred to SPSS and Excell software.According to the importance of data registry, our future goals will be the improvement of burn registry and starting wound registry.At the end, some analysis on 10 years data will be presentedکلیدواژه ها
