خلاصه مقاله:
The increasingly upward price of land and the shortage of green space surfaces has made us to use the technology of green roofs in Iran cities due to the betterment and sustainability of city environment quality, seems to be a suitable option. Unfortunately this plan although has got lots of significant potential functions, mostly has remained as theory in city management. This article is about to investigate the green foof in universal case study models. In this regard while considering different experiences and sources in the field of green roofs and also while using other studies of other resarchers the main dimensions of lack of green roofs development recognized of which three main axes were determined. And later on by means of Expert Choice software the sub-criterian for these axes were cvaluated and compared. In the end the suggested strategy while considering the main obstacles, and also the use of successful experiences in utilization of green roofs in pioneering countries for quality promotion of city environments, alongwith other benefits of this green technology with the support of government and preparation of private sector, has been sort of help to this process.
