Considering that the study of fracture mechanics and factors affecting the prediction of the useful life of various industrial components in the design and construction process are of particular importance in terms of their importance. The stress intensity factor can be used as a design parameter, for example, to determine the nature of the soft or crustal failure process, or can be used to determine the lifetime of a member of a member under dynamic load loading. The term stress coefficient should not be subdivided into a tensile concentration coefficient, an expression used to describe the relationship between real and average stresses in a geometric discontinuity. In this paper, we study the modeling and investigation of cracked steel sheet tearing during elongation and calculate the stress intensity coefficient using the Abaqus finite element software and compare the error rate. Finally, we compare the stress intensity coefficients obtained from Westsergeard functions and Abaqus software
