چکیده
Despite advances in assisted reproductive technologies, over the past decades, implantation rate still remains below 50%.Several steps have been taken in different centers in order to increase the success rate but what’s important is, the treatment options are different among different patients. So, it’s more helpful if we do treat our patients based on their own problems, in other word, use individualized medicine. There are several options based on patients’ problems, such as using heparin, Aspirin, imunomodulators like prednisolone and IVIG, endometrial scratch, PRP, genetic interventions and so on.Although treatment of patients with a history of recurrent implantation failure can be discouraging, technologies striving to optimmize IVF success in these patients continue to evolve.کلیدواژه ها
