چکیده
Introduction: Grafting (CABG) usually is performed using cardiopulmonary bypass. However, this method has several side. recently Off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery is recommended as an alternative to the standard method of using the pump CABG. Methods: In this wide review, deals the review several articles in the field of biochemical markers prevails in the diagnosis of coronary artery bypass grafting off-pump technique over On-pump technique.Results: In different studies have shown that a significant reduction in the release of enzymes and troponin I during surgery with off-pump method, it is an indication that the method is less myocardial injury. The slight changes in cardiac enzymes such as troponin I , AST , CK-MB, CK in serum and information obtained from several articles, including a marked decrease in blood transfusion and shorter duration of the surgery, it can be deduced that the off-pump technique safe and is effective in selected patients with coronary lesions.Conclusions: According to a careful and comprehensive review several articles, it is concluded that off-pump technique in coronary artery bypass surgery safer and better methods of On-pump , and According to sources of serum cardiac enzyme release, and serum troponin I, followed by grafting with off-pump technique , can be said that Damage to the heart this method is lower than other methods.
