چکیده
IntroductionIn this study, we systematically reviewed and appraised evidence on the educational games developed .for students in the field of perioperative nursing Material & Methods A systematic review of the evidence was conducted on online databases of MEDLINE/PubMed, : Scopus, ISI Web of Science, CINAHL, and Embase until December 2017 using relevant keywords. To evaluate the level of strength and quality of evidence, the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses .(AORN) revised model for evidence appraisal and rating was used ResultsOf the 852 founded articles, 10 studies met eligibility criteria and were reviewed and appraised. Evidence showed that application of educational games in the field of perioperative nursing could be effective on students’ motivation, interest, feeling, emotion, understanding, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and performance. Evidence level of most included studies was V (expert opinion= 2, case report= 2, literaturereview= 1, and organizational experiences= 1), and only one study was categorized as level I (RCT). The quality level of most evidence was categorized as high (n= 4) and low (n= 4). The evidence rating of most .)included studies was found to be moderate (n= 4) and limited (n= 4Conclusion Although educational games seemingly enhance the learning outcomes of students in perioperativenursing training, the evidence rating of most included studies was moderate or limited. Accordingly, more .rigorous studies are required to design game-based education in perioperative nursing fieldsکلیدواژه ها
