چکیده مقاله:
A new preconcentration/separation procedure is presented for the magnetic solid phase extraction of trace amounts of lead ion in environmental samples it is based on the deposition of Pb(II) onto the dithizone immobilized on modified alumina-coated magnetic nanoparticles (DACMNPs)and their determination by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS) after eluting with HNO3 (4.0 mol L-1).The separation of the Pb(II) from the aqueous solution containing it and DACMNPs simply achieved by applying external magnetic field. Optimal experimental conditions including pH, sample volume, eluent concentration and volume and co- existing ions have been studied and established. The practical applicability of the developed sorbent was examined using synthetic and real samples such as water samples.
