چکیده مقاله:

The Family Theridiidae Sundevall, 1833 araneomorph, three clawed, and eight-eyed in two rows and cribellate spiders. They are one of the most species-rich spider families. One of the most prominent characters of the family is the comb structure on the ventral side of the 4th tarsus, which is a row of curved, serrated bristles. Because of this structure, they are also known as comb-footed spiders. It is known that the family, represented by about 190 species in Europe, now has 44 species distributed in Iran. The genus Enoplognatha is currently represented by 74 species in the world and 8 species in Iran. The calculus large and generally consists of 2 setae. The distinguishing characteristics of the genus are male cheliceral teeth structures, insertion of the sternum between the 4th coxas, and the presence of 2 dorsal spines on tibia 1, 2 and 4; and 1 dorsal spine on tibia 3. In this study, two new Enoplognatha species have been reported for Iran: Enoplognatha diversa (Black wall, 1859) and Enoplognatha quadripunctata Simon, 1884. Both species have been recorded from northwest Iran and based on females. Information on morphology and distribution of both species was given. Their genital structures and habitus are also photographed. As a result of this study, the species number of the genus Enoplognatha spreading in Iran has increased from 8 to 10.
