خلاصه مقاله:
The appearance of deformities and morphological anomalies has raised concerns about the causes of its occurrence, its impact on the process of growth and conservation of sturgeon stocks in recent years. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of kerosene on immune indices at the stages of embryonic, larval and fingerlings in Acipenser nudiventris for 6 months. Fertilized eggs exposed to 0 (control), 0.01, 0.05 and 0.1 ppm of kerosene to hatch (For 5 days). The number of larvae produced in control (without kerosene) and 0.01 ppm kerosene was significantly higher than treatments with a concentration of 0.05 and 0.1 ppm of kerosene. After two months, all larvae and fingerlings died in water containing 0.05 and 0.1 ppm of kerosene. The survival rate of larvae and fingerlings was similar in non-kernel water and water containing 0.01 ppm of kerosene. After 6 months of breeding, blood samples were taken from control and 0.01 ppm concentration and fish and immune indices (IgM, Lysozyme, C3, C4, and CH50) were measured. Results showed that the number of white blood cells (WBC), IgM and lysozyme levels in fingerlings in water containing 0.01 ppm of kerosene decreased significantly compared to the control group (P<0.05). The levels of C3 and C4 complements were lower than control groups, but no significant differences were observed (P> 0.05). According to the results, kerosene has negative effects on the immune system of the A.nudiventris fingerlings and by increasing the concentration of kerosene, the intensity of the effects is increased.
