Polyaniline (PANI) is one of the most investigated intrinsically conducting polymers. Copolymerization of aniline with aniline derivatives is caused the promising ways of improving the properties of PANI. In this work, firstly butyl 3 aminobenzoate was synthesized from 3-aminobenzoic acid by direct esterification. Then the copolymerization butyl 3 aminobenzoate with aniline was carried out by sonochemical polymerization in aqueous hydrochloric acid using ammonium persulfate (APS) as an initiator lead to produced poly(aniline-co-butyl 3 amino benzoate)(PAB3ABO) nano particles . Conductivity of obtained copolymers was measured with for probe method. From the were obtained copolymers, the copolymer with maximum conductivity. Finally the nanocomposites PAB3ABO/PSMA/PS were prepared. The different molar ratio of component in the preparation of above mentioned nanocomposite was used and the effect of each ratio on composite conductivity and their films properties was investigated.The prepared polymers are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM).
