چکیده

The increased greenhouse gas emissions and the global warming from fossil fuels to produce electrical power generation and transportation, they become the most critical concern of governments to find an alternative sources to fossil fuels such as renewable energies like wind and solar. Although these sources are clean, unlimited, and completely free, but it needs to change the power system for the widespread use of them, because these sources are generating the electrical power randomly; hence, will have great uncertainty in power systems. Therefore, the power grid will be required to the authoritative amends’s, which will compensate the lack of power by help to the manufacturing sector when the production and consumption is imbalanced. The solution of this problem, including: energy storage and the flexible loads which have the ability to adjust power consumption and reducing it in the real time. Additionally, transportation is one of the main sources of environmental pollution, to this end, PHEV grid is presented, but the widespread use of PHEV will be creating a significant load on the grid. For this reason, the managing of these loads is required. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the power consumption from the grid by consumers and increasing penetration of renewable energies in the distribution grid by PHEV’s charging and discharging management as the Flexible loads
