Theoretical views of metropolitan management in assessing the realization and evolution of integrated urban management performance

Political and administrative reforms in European countries have progressed dramatically, along with national and EU progress, in the area of local organizations and municipalities, which are the closest organizational unit to the citizens. Political reform in the local area on the promotion of citizen political participation, the selectivity of local authorities, and the reference to public opinion and administrative reform that the present article addresses in detail, The competition between municipalities and other local organizations focuses on restoring the values of efficiency, effectiveness, accountability and desirable governance. Despite the existing methods and indicators for measuring the performance of economic institutions and the relative success of doing so, studies have shown that measuring performance of local management organizations such as municipalities, councils and departments is complicated and difficult. It is possible to identify two approaches interested in the subject of local governance performance assessment in the field of organization studies and sociology. In the first domain, attention was paid to the concepts (effectiveness) and (effectiveness) and their indicators. In the field of sociology, the subject has been addressed within the framework of the theory of social capital and its impact on the performance of local management organizations. In general, performance measurement can be done according to two principles of efficiency and effectiveness, which is relatively easy to measure performance with respect to the objectivity of data and their availability. Urban integrated management is also an easy and unobtrusive concept for coordinating the process and content of city management.
