Supply chain Performance analysis using SCOR model case study : wood factory

In this article , we will show the performace measurement of supply chain management , we imply to this measurement by scor model withhelping of the case study wich shows two companies. One of them assume as essential and the other as a competitor. By explaining the whole story of scor model and analysis the case studey, conclusion represents the outcome.
