چکیده مقاله:

twinning induced plasticity steel by the mean coarse grain size of 221μm was severelydeformed through multi-axial forging (MAF) at room temperature. The obtained microstructureswere characterized employing the electron back scattered diffraction. Interestingly, the severeimposed strain resulted in appreciable grain refinement by the mean grain size of 2.57μm onlyafter passes. The current work also explores the mechanical properties of each deformed statesthrough miniaturized tensile testing method. The results showed significant improvement of thestrength and ductility values, simultaneously.
