Hodgkin Lymphoma as one of the most common lymphoprolifrative diseases has to curableor lethal features.New drugs and modalities emerged as hopeful improvement in treatment of relapsed andrefractory Hodgkin lymphoma.Unfortunately 30% of advanced cases are untreatable and in spite of considerableprogression on treatment in recent years many aspects of this potentially curable disease is unclearsuch as tumor biologic base treatment, new biomarker for risk stratification including proteomicsderived biomarker.Although role of targeted agent and immune therapy as frontline treatment in advancedhigh risk patients need clarification. Targeted therapy and immunotherpic agent role asconsolidation after autologous allogenic bone marrow transplant need more investigation in futurestudies.
