خلاصه مقاله:
The flexible tube bending process is the new method of continuous tube bending. Continuous bending along with convenient automation is one of advantages of this process. The use of ultrasonic waves during deformation process helps to decrease forming forces as well as process defects.Reduction of force and defects make it easier to automate this process. In this article, finite element simulation was carried out. In these simulations, effect of ultrasonic waves frequency on force and defects created in flexible bending has been investigated. The results demonstrate that frequency increase cause to decrease ovality flaw and bending radius in process
