چکیده مقاله:

The Pb(ZrxTi1-x)O3 or PZT, with the perovskite structure, is a well know piezoelectric and ferroelectric materials. It is a solid solution of lead zirconate (PbZrO3) and lead titanate (PbTiO3) and exhibits composition dependent and tunable piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties. Nowadays, perovskite PZT ceramics, thin films, nanostructures and composites are widely used in industry because of their superior ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties. Pb(Zr0.95Ti0.05)O3 , PZT with Zr/Ti ratio of 95/5, is a particular composition of PZT material which can achieve phase transformation from the Orthorhombic antiferroelectric into the Rhombohedral ferroelectric phase. This phase transformation can be initiated by a relatively low external stress. In addition, this phase transformation, may produce a large current or voltage pulse which presents many potential applications such as shock wave power supplies and neutron generator power supplies [1-2]. Also, a very large electrocaloric effect of 12 K has been already observed in Pb(Zr0.95Ti0.05)O3, PZT 95/5, thin films[3]. Therefore, improving the preparation method and microstrucure of PZT 95/5 materials such as the nanocomoposites (NC) is in focus of researh. Moreover, in order to the improve the quality of the PZT 95/5 NCs, fabrication of highly active PZT 95/5 nanopowders is of great importance. Also, it is essential to synthesize single phase PZT 95/5 nano powders with controlled morphology and crystallite size.
