چکیده مقاله:

Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) is a well known analytical technique for determining the chemical elementary composition of solid, liquid, gaseous and aerosols samples[1]. one of approach widely used in spectrochemistry to correct for variations in the number of vaporized atoms is based on internal standardization with a major component of the matrix. also The CF method was developed to determine, without any calibration curve but by using the equations describing the plasma, the concentration of atomic components in solid, liquid and gaseous samples[2]. In this experimental work, the Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy has been used to analysis copper samples. a KrF excimer laser (248 nm, 20ns, 125mj) was used to produce plasma in different ambient gases (Ar, He, N2). to quantitative evaluation of Cu, Zn and Fe elements concentration two internal calibration and free calibration methods was used. results from this methods show appropriate agreement with XRF analysis results.
