چکیده مقاله:
Background and Aim: Quality of life as a long-term consequence of diabetes is considered to assess in diabetes incommunites.This study aimed to evaluate quality of life related to type-2 health diabetic patients.Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study recruited 263 patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D). Data were collected using demographic information form, the Persian version of the 36-item health-related QoL and Audit of Diabetes-Dependent Quality of Life (ADDQoL) questionnaires. Clinical and laboratory tests including tests Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1c),Fasting Blood Suger(FBS),Triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol, HDL-C and LDL-C were also performed. Statistical analysis was performed with statistical package SPSS version 22.0.Results: The mean total score of Diabetes Quality of Life (DQoL) was 53.54 ± 20.85 based on SF-36. statistically significance differences were showed between the all aspects quality of life among two genders.there was a significant correlation between FBS levels and quality of life,physical appearance and financial situation,The level of HbA1c was also correlated with people in general react.The relationship between total cholesterol and physical activity was also significant in this study.Conclusion: Assessment of the quality of life of diabetic patients, along with demographic characteristics and metabolic factors provides a complete information in these patients. Finally, this information can be used in planning and improving of the quality of life of diabetic patients.
